About SKY
SKY Waikiki occupies the entire 19th floor of the International Market Place on Kalākaua Avenue — the heart of Waikiki. The result: 360-degree views stretching from Diamond Head across the Pacific Ocean, with the city spread out below.
The kitchen leans into the ocean. The raw bar sources fresh fish and oysters from Tokyo's Toyosu Market. Dinner runs every evening from 4 PM. Happy Hour is daily 4–6 PM with $4 oysters and $10 bubbly. Late-night birria tacos come out from 9:30 PM — a signature of the kitchen that keeps the floor buzzing until closing.
On weekends, the bar stays open until 2 AM. There's no rooftop in Honolulu quite like it.
The best time to arrive. Drinks at the rail, oysters from Toyosu, and the whole Waikiki skyline starting to glow.
